Dayfoot Family Co-op was founded in 1996 by the families living in Campus Co-operative Residence Inc. The mandate of the co-op is to provide affordable, non-profit co-operative housing to families and couples experiencing the increasing pressures of soaring housing costs in Toronto.

Our founders also hoped to re-create the community of friends and families that they enjoyed at CCRI. So far, this intiative has been a great success on both counts.

Because DFC is 100% volunteer run - we don't even have a central phone number! - all of our day-to-day business is managed by various committees. This site acts as our virtual "office."
